Even booking a through ticket with AF/Jet and having paid excess with AF, Jet were still trying to charge me for my domestic flight with the excess luggage at the airport even with my documentation saying otherwise..
I will weigh everything before leaving home. I also plan to sneakily pop our hand luggage on the scales at LHR when we check in for the international flight - even though there would be no need to weigh those items - just to see what those scales as opposed to our domestic bathroom scales show as their weight. It will give me time to adjust hand baggage weight.

how can you claim info given in my post is incorrect , we share our experience and I have frequently traveled via Etihad connecting with Go Air where I did not face any 15 kg baggage restriction nor was I ever asked to pay extra.
